E train to the Van Wyck Station
Bus: Q 56, Q24, 41, 54, 46 Stops along the Van Wyck service road in front of complex.
Car:
From the North (From Whitestone Bridge, Triboro Bridge or Midtown Tunnel, to Long Island Expressway or from Grand Central Parkway) Follow signs to 678--Van Wyck Expressway, South, headed toward Kennedy Airport. Stay in the middle or left lane to remain on the Van Wyck Expressway. Take Exit 6 to Jamaica Ave./Hillside Ave. Remain on the Van Wyck Service Road. Go straight along the service road, stay in the right lane, and continue past Jamaica Avenue (about 1/4 mile). After crossing Jamaica Avenue, the hospital and nursing home parking lot is accessed by making a right turn on 89th avenue and entering to the right, half-way down the block.
From the South take the Belt parkway to the Van Wyck Expressway, North. Get off at exit 6, Jamaica Avenue. Take service road to first light and make a Left onto Jamaica Avenue. Make the next Left onto the Van Wyck service road heading south. The hospital and nursing home parking lot is accessed by making a right turn on 89th avenue and entering to the right, half-way down the block.
The nursing home is the last building you will pass on the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center Campus, just before the corner of 91st Avenue. To reach the parking lot, turn right on 91st Avenue, and again on 135th Street. From the South (Belt Parkway, Exit 19): Follow signs to 678--Van Wyck Expressway North. Take Exit 6 to Jamaica Ave./Hillside Ave. Make a left at the light, and another left at the next light onto the Van Wyck Service Road Expressway going South. The hospital is at the next corner. The nursing home is the last building you will pass on the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center Campus, just before the corner of 91st Avenue. To reach the parking lot, turn right on 91st Avenue, and again on 135th Street.
